I am getting this annoying message almost every time I go
to my home page, which is http://my.iwon.com. This has
just started happening and I assume it is because someone
on my computer changed an IE 6.0 or some other setting.

Can anyone tell me where to start looking to debug this
problem? I deleted all Temp Internet files and deleted
all cookies, but that did not resolve the issue.

Thanks!

Have you tried looking in Tools-Internet Options-Privacy-Advanced to see how your cookies are set. Take the tick out of the box "override automatic cookie handling" to let Windows handle your cookies automatically. I just clickrd on your URL for that site and I jwent straight there, and my cookies are set to custom "block first and third party cookies" allow session cookies.
