The page cannot be displayed

Hi All
Using IE 6, winxp pro. I have a google toolbar but when I try to search I
get "The page cannot be displayed" message. This is happening with other web
sites I know are available. I've checked IE options and used other browsers.
Same thing. Any clue what could be causing this?

all 4 icons on top.apply ok.
