My browser will connect to certain web sites but will not
connect to others. I get a "page cannot be displayed".
using IE 6.0. Tried downloading IE 2x when I click
on "About Microsoft IE" it says "cipher strength: 0-bit".
It should say "128-bit" shouldn't it? I can connect to
news sites. Cannot get a secure connection.
