The Page Cannot be Displayed

A little background. I recently acquired DSL from SBC
Yahoo. Along with the DSL connection came a 2Wire
modem/router. I connected my Desktop to the modem with an
ethernet card and I acquired a microsoft wireless card for
my laptop. I am running windows 2000 on both pcs and IE
6.0 SP1.

Ever since I installed the DSL connection, I have been
receiving the subject messages whenever I try to open
mail, send mail, do attachments, use drop down boxes, etc.
after I sign in to SBC Yahoo. I am able to go from page
to page, excepting for mail. I also had a problem trying
to post this message through my laptop, so, I am doing it
with my desktop. See, I don't have this problem with my
desktop, when I dial in with my laptop, or if I access my
ISP from work. I have found that I also cannot do certain
online banking functions with my laptop when connected
wirelessly. I talked to Microsoft and was told it is not
their problem as I was able to connect to the internet
with the wireless card. 2Wire told me it wasn't their
problem since I was able to connect to the internet. SBC
Yahoo told me it wasn't their problem since I was able to
sign in and move about. So, I guess it's nobodys problem
but mine.

Can anyone out there provide some help?

If your issue is that you cannot log into secure sites,
which i'm guessing it is from what i hear then follow all
the steps in
