"the page cannot be displayed"

Mike

I am on aol 9.0 using IE 6.0. I can access websites but
when I start to go into certain areas of a website (e.g.,
get flight information on an airline website; complete
rebate information on a retailers website, etc), I get the
message "the page cannot be displayed". I have tried a
number of fixes suggested by aol and dell but none have
worked so far....a little more background:

I am using AOL 9.0 to access the internet. Used AOL 7.0
with no problems until last month. Our problems occur on a
number of websites. We can get on and navigate the
websites fine but when we try to perform transactions,
etc. that is when we get "the page cannot be displayed"
message. These websites have included:

(1) costco.com - to access their online rebate site (get
the page cannot be displayed message)

(2) ezpassnj.com - to view account information

(3) usairways.com - to purchase tickets (can go through
the entire process including when the available flights
are shown....when I hit "continue" I get the page cannot
be displayed message)

(4) wachovia.com - to view account information

Appreciate any ideas and help!

You've been compromised by spyware or adware, etc - I
would suggest you run Nortons AV2004 or similar asap.
