When I try and use the ALT+K feature to check names using
Outlook 2000 SP3 I get a message that just says "The
operation failed", this can happen a couple of times I try
and use this function before finally varifying the
address. I am not using a custom form and i know the email
address is correct. My OS is W2K SP3, with Office 2K SP
3. The feature did work OK until recently.
