The new windows service pack and the YAMAHA AC-XG WDM Audio Device

I downloaded the new service pack to protect from the
worms that are out and after they were installed, the
sound on my laptop was disabled. I tried to download a
pack to fix the problem and it was looking for a file
called ksuser.dll
Can anyone help with my problem?

The newest service packs AREN'T always the best way to
go. All you needed was the updates to your current one.
Next time, don't update service packs unless you have a
problem that it will fix or if it is a clean install and
you want ALL if the newest stuff right away. for the
sound, it would be a good idea to go to the
manufacturer's web site and download the latest drivers
and update/install them. Make sure that it isn't muted
either. Good luck
