I'm trying to repair a computer (motherboard - GA-8SIMLH, monitor - Dell
1907FPt), which was, apparently, previously adapted for games. There was the
Radeon 9550 card there. It regularly worked for several years, but then the
problems started with the graphics. I suppose that reason is the unattended
installation updates from Microsoft.

I uninstalled the Radeon 9550, but computer did not come back fully in the
standard state. It works without the installation of SP3, but it's
impossible to install SP3 on the computer. The monitor stops working after
installing SP3, it turns off at startup, when the window appears to enter
the password. I tried to put the monitor driver from Dell 1907FPt. But after
restart I again see a "Plug and Play Monitor" instead of fixed 1907FPt.

Prompt, how to change the situation please

try installing the onboard video drivers since you are no longer using the
Radeon 9559 video card and check to see
if the onboard video is turned on or has memory allocated to it.
