The messaging interface has returnned an unknown error when sendin

Hi,

I have a user with Outlook 2003 connected to Exchange 2003 on Small Business
Server. First Outlook completely crashed so he remove and reinstalled which
made no difference. I then removed and recreated email account and data
files to connect using exchange connector, re synced and re cached and all
looks to be working fine. But when he trys send email it says 'the messaging
interface error'. We have tried removing all but Microsoft addons etc. He
can use the web interface successfully suggesting there is no issue with
Exchange. New mails received and mails sent from the web interface sync and
are visible in outlook. Any suggestions how to renew the ability to send
mail from Outlook.

Thank you for the reply however it it not fix the problem. Does anone think
it might be due to the size of the mailbox (2GB) ? I am asuming not as new
items from the Web Interface all appear, just cannot send from Outlook.
