I am trying to send a document (182MB) out and it will not send, because it
says there is not enough memory. I only have 3 emails in my inbox and all
other folders have been emptied.

Most ISP's won't allow a file size over 2 MB, let alone 182 MB!
You could send via Skype or ICQ, but the best thing would be to upload it to
a site where your recipient can download it.
