Updated Norton AntiVirus from 2001 to 2004 by download.
Outlook Express has errors, can't send or recieve mail.
Error Number:11001,Error Number:0x800CCC0D

1) Ask in an Outloko Express newsgroup.
2) Disable email integration in Norton and repair your account settings.
Norton broke them.
