"The exception Breakpoint" error

I have a Win2k application written in Powerbuilder (which I think is
irrelevant) that just generated this Windows Application Error:

The exception Breakpoint
A breakpoint has been reached.
(0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x002a1360.

Any idea what a "Breakpoint" being reached would mean in this context?
