The errormessage 1607

I got this error message"1607: Unable to install
InstallShield Scripting runtime" when i try to install
CM4 on my XP platform.

Can someone help me, pls.

Are you in an Administrator-enabled account? You might see this error if
you're trying to install from a Limited account. See this information:
