The equivalent of double-click selecting?

This is a simple, most likely stupid question.

What is the keyboard shortcut that does the same thing that
double-clicking would otherwise do in a cell?


In other words, if I select the cell, or navigate to it, how do I then
select it for editing and text entry without using the mouse?
