the e-mail I send is marked as Junk how can i fix it?

When I send and e-mail using the outlook, it goes to the junk-mail of the
recipeint.

A lot of people empty their junk mail before even check it and for that
reaso a lot of my e-mail are not read.
 
Ask your recipient to remove / edit their spam filters if your e-mails are
legit.
