This occured during an upgrade to W2k Server.
Had to rebuild from scratch, promoted to a DC and
receive the following error when doing dcdiag.

Error:

Make sure DNS works correct, This means all computers in the domain should
use the Domain Controller with the AD integrated DNS ZONE as first DNS
server. Make sure you can ping all servers from each other by FQDN ex: ping
server1.domain.com

All servers are connected to the domain and pingable.
You can ping all servers from each other by FQDN ex: ping
server1.domain.com
