event 1265 ntds kcc - access denied

My scenario:
Windows 2000 server sp4
WINDOWS SERVER SBS 2003
sbs are down for few days and now w 2000 cant'replicate AD.
The error 1265 access denied with source ntds kcc was logged on windows 2000
server.
If i try to connect sbs2003 by unc path, return error destinatio name
account isn't incorrect.
