I've got a Domain Controller registered as IRON.DOMAIN.LOCAL. But this DC
has not been on for two years. But I cannot deleted from Active Directory
user, and also Active Directory Sites and Services. Everytime I press
delete it will say "The DSA object cannot be deleted". Does this DC need to
be on for me to be delete from AD for something, it has been out of service
and no longer exist for two years. How do I delete this DC from AD
registration???

Only you have to use ADSIEDIT.MSC (CD 2000 -Support Tools)
-You will see three partitions. Go to:
*Configuration Container -Sites -Default-First-Site-Name-
Servers =Once there erase the DC not useful anymore, close
the window, refresh
