The Draw Menue "bracket"

Here is a good one:

Is it possible, on a spreadsheet, to insert from the draw menu a "bracket" (
"{" ) (as shown), and then STRETCH IT SO THAT THE MIDDLE NIP IS NO LONGER
1/2 WAY FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM,...in other words, the bracket is a bit
'skewed' withn the blip nearer the top (eg) than the bottom?

Every time I try to stretch the bracket to a longer length, the middle
indicator always ends up 1/2 way, i.e. in the middle.

Can you advise a remedy to this?

Click on the brace to select it
Handles will appear on the corners and side of the shape
Two yellow diamond handles will also appear
To change the position of the point, drag its diamond handle up or down.
