The disk management services could not complete the operation.

Hi,

I get the above error message when I run diskpart.exe as a user who is
not member of the administrators group.

If I add this user to administrators then no error when
running diskpart. Unfortunatly I can't leave the user as a member of
administrators. There is no domain involved only local machine
accounts.
I am running Windows Xp Pro SP2.

I am guessing theat It has something to do with User Rights Assignments
but nune I have changes so far seem to make any difference. Any one
have any ideas how I can allow users to run diskpart with out being an
administrator?
