The disk is full error message

This is not really a programming issue, but I could not find a discussion
group that fit...

I'm getting an error message "The disk is full" when saving an Excel
spreadsheet to a network drive. Space is not an issue. The file is about
2MB. The available drive space is about 214GB.

This file is accessed by multiple users at once (only 1 read/write at a
time). This error only occurs for certain users. The error happens after
performing updates to the file and trying to save. We are using Windows XP
Pro.

This doesn't necessarily mean that the disk is full. It means there was a
problem when the user tried to save the file. Some users may not have
sufficient rights for instance.
