The "Customize Outlook Today..." button doesn't work

Does anyone have any idea why the "Customize Outlook
Today" button in Outlook 2000 SR-1 would not work?

This is making me crazy because I want to be able to
customize my home view and I don't know any other way of
doing this.

If anybody can give me any help I would really apreciate
it.

I am stuck on the same problem - any suggestions would be
appreciated (MS knowledgebase has no articles I could see).
