"Customize OutLook Today" option Doesn't Work at All

Hello,

At work I recently changed computers to an existing Dell
Windows 2000 machine. It has Microsoft Outlook 2000
installed.

The problem I'm having has to do with the "Customize
OutLook Today" option. When I press the button, it does
nothing at all. It doesn't take me to the customization
screen nor does it display any kind of error message. Any
ideas why I can't customize?
