The AutoPlay Function Does Not Work and the Current Media
Does Not Appear in My Computer When You Insert a CD or DVD

Where can I download the file:

Q817357_wxp_sp2_x86_enu.exe

to fix this problem. The KB links to nothing and I don't
have time to wait for snail mail to deliever it.. Why
isn't this readily available?

The only way to obtain this is to call Microsoft as the number given.
