The Accwiz.dll file

I've been having problems with the command button wizard
so I tried to re-register the Accwiz.dll. I run the
following:

regsvr3s.exe <path>\Accwiz.dll

However,I get an error message saying "LoadLibrary failed-
the specified module could not be found"

I am positive that I entered the <path> correctly and I
know the Accwiz.dll is in the directory noted in the path.

Any suggestions?

I think that not all DLLs can "self register". Perhaps accwiz ca not.
