Access 2002 Export Wizard will not start

I've read that I should re-register mstext40.dll and accwiz.dll by Ken Snell.
We've re-loaded the whole Office XP Professional with all features then
re-registered again. We still cannot get the Export Wizard to start during
File, Export. I did create a Transfer text macro but I don't know alternate
ways to build the advanced schema for creating a tab delimited text file.

Please disregard this. I found a way to start the wizard directly from a
table and am re-designing the table/qry/macro to work for my export needs.
