the 5 most common errors in professional communication

I need to write an essay on the above topic and can't seem to come up with
any info
 
you're not going to find any information on that topic in a newsgroup that
answers technical questions about using MS Access relational database
software. (though i'd guess that "directing communication to the wrong
recipient(s)" would be somewhere in the top 10, at least.)

suggest you google the topic for relevant articles, etc.
 
Among "the 5 most common errors in professional communicatiuon", the top one
is, well, "can't seem to come up with any info."
 
#1 is not properly signing your professional communication, in this case
your NewsGroup posting, with a complete and professional signature.
