That little window

Will try this again.
When running a program, this little window that runs from
top to bottom and bottom to top across my screen, does
anyone know how to stop it so one can read it?? It is way
too fast to read. It is stopping an important program
from running and have to stop the MSN antispyware program
and then it will run OK
