Thanks. Another e-mail question

Thanks to Brian and Wes for their responses to my
question about e-mailing to a large list.

I have a follow-up question. I see how you can click on
the "To" or "Cc" button and it brings up a window with
fields for "To", "Cc", and "Bcc" to enter recipient names
into. It seems, though, that the only way to get names
into the "Bcc" field is to click on whatever names I have
entered into the Contact Database. I cannot just paste a
name into the "Bcc" field. This is a slight problem,
because I have been maintaining my list of recipients on
a spreadsheet, and then copying an entire column and
entering it into the "To" field. Nice and easy, but the
recipients end up seeing everybody else's e-mail which is
what I want to avoid.
Any ideas on how to cut and paste a list of names (for
example from an excel spreadsheet as I've been doing)
directly into the "Bcc" field without having to enter
each one into Contact?

Thanks again in advance. I'll keep your tip in mind
about only sending 100 at a time.

I imagine you've been pasting into the To field that shows in the compose
window. You can show the Bcc field in the compose window as well with
View>Bcc Field. DO that and you should be able to paste into it exactly as
you do the To field.
