Hi Andy..
thanks for your reply..the QFE works for the suite, but
unfortunately the images created had a very limited
number of components installed. Is there a patch/fix for
images where I can run the files on the images and update
the OS.

No, the installer has its own dependencies, unless you add all the
dependencies required for the installer to function it will fail in your
runtime. You will need to expand the QFE's installer with WinZip and bin
place any files and import any reg keys to the runtime. Again, with DUA this
should be a simple matter.
