Two days ago I sent a message asking for help with the
Yahoo companion toolbar that I was having a problem with.
I couldn't seem to get the add/edit button to work, the
change toolbar layout button and it would not let me
uninstall it. Someone there gave me a few suggestions on
how to fix this. Today I realized that when I had
installed an update on my computer I had forgot to turn
off the firewall that I have on my computer. So today I
completely uninstalled the Earthlink dial-up, reinstalled
it with the firewall disabled and now the add/change
button and change the toolbar button works. So for anyone
out there, make sure that when you install anything and
you have a firewall, please disable it first. I could not
find the original message that I had sent to reply to but
I wanted to thank you for all your help.
