Probably leftover garbage from a blaster infection. Start/run msinfo32,
expand the software environment and click on the startup programs. Locate
the line that loads tftp364 and make note of where it is starting from. This
is where you need to go to remove the reference to it. If you are unsure how
to proceed, please post back with the startup location information for
further steps.
