TFTP pop up on startup

Every time I start or restart my computer I get the
following pop-up message:

"Windows cannot open this file:

File: TFTP4060

To open this file, Windows needs to know what program
created it. Windows can go online to look it up
automatically, or you can select from a list of programs
on your computer.

What do you want to do?
Use the Web service to find the appropriate program
Select the program from a list"

This never used to happen. What does it mean and how can
I stop it? When I choose the first option (Web service)
it takes me online and says the page cannot be found.

I don't have the welchia worm and anti-spyware programs
didn't detect anything. Any suggestions? Is there a
program or something that I need to install or re-
install?

You do have a virus, probably the SDBot worm. Of course anti-spyware
programs don't detect them. You need to have a current antivirus
installed using updated definitions. Here is a link to some information
