I have a viewsonic and it has no dead pixels. Of course, in order to make
sure it had no dead pixels, I made the sales rep hook the ****er up and test
it. You too can do that. All you need is the ****ing guts, you stupid ****.

Dunno but for a fee, some e-tailers will guarantee no dead pixels. Aria
are one and charge £14.99.

I got two Hitachi TFTs and both are perfect. One is a replacement for an
earlier one that was faulty and it didn't have any dead pixels either. so
thats 3 out of 3 no dead pixels
