texture in wordart not showing on web

the woodgrain texture that fills a wordart logo does not appear. webhost said there's no file for it. how do I create and upload such a file. other fill in wordart does appear in other places.

Do a screen capture of the WordArt that you like (in Word). Open your image
editing program, crop it closely, save it as a .gif, import it into your
image's folder and use it on your page.

I finally tried what you suggested but it didn't work. Could you elaborate on how to do a screen capture... is it something I can do all in FP? (my word processing program is Wordperfect.) Also, importing it into image folder ... in FP or in my cpanel
