Hi there,

Is it possible to, when i make a textbox with a scrollbar (control tool box), make this textbox appear with a transparant background when the presentation is playing?
Seems to be impossible unfortunately.

Thanks in advance.

Max.

Not impossible, but a little difficult and not very portable.

Questions before we start....

1) Do you know VBA?
2) Will this presentation be shown on any computer other than your own? (IE Will it be distributed?)
3) Is this effect worth the time it will take for you to develop it?
4) How much text do you need to scroll thru (how tall is the textbox with the formatted text in inches) ?

This is not available off the shelf, but it can be achieved by using some cleaver programming.

I guess I butchered that one. But what did you expect from a word hack such
as myself?

Although .... I wonder if chain mail protects against cleaver
programming....

Only if it's not spam. Can's too thin to offer much protection.

Speaking of cleaver programming, how're Ward, June, Wally and the Beev?

Oh, by the way ... Max do not be scared off by our playful banter.

If you still need help with this, just holler.
