Text wrapping not available

In the table properties box in Word 2007, the text wrapping option is not
available for the table of a document a customer sent me. I can't select
none, around or even positioning.

This issue is not covered in the help.

What are you trying to wrap text in the table cell around?

If you copy that thing to a new document, with just some text in it, are you
able to wrap when it's not in a table?
