Text & Table question

How can one control how close to table/cell borders that text is? Or do you
need to put table with text within another table to control this?

Right click on the table and go to "properties" > New Window>increase the
"cell Padding" to how ever many pixels you want / need.

I just had my 'cell' re-padded ...now it doesn't hurt my head so much.

Cell spacing/padding under table properties.

but you can do the table within a table method as well.
