Text size increases without warning

My wife sometimes has the text size in IE 6 go large
without warning and without her doing anything. We can
get it back to the size we want, but we want to know
what's going on.

The Ctrl key + the mouse wheel can cause this in IE.

Adaware?
Check for updates after downloading, then
run it, remove all red items.
