I'm using an older version of MS Outlook (ie. 2000), so I hope someone will
be aple to help me.

I am trying to figure out 2 different things.

1) Is it possible to change the text size used in the preview panel? I can
change the text size of the heading, but not the text size of the body of the
message.

2) When using the "text size" button, there are some e-mails that it will
not work with. I know that it won't work with plain text messages, but it
should work with any HTML messages. The odd thing is that it does work with
some e-mails, but not others.

Additional information: I have tried copy/pasting the e-mails that didn't
work into Word to see if there were any strange formatting issues, but there
wasn't anything that was obvious. The fonts were normal, the style was
"normal" and everything seemed exactly as it should.

Well, any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to change the font for Plain Text messages here: Tools
menu > Options > Mail Format > Fonts

Not sure why the font size isn't affected in HTML mail items unless the were
sent with a defined point size (if that's possible)
