text printing errors

Occasionally I will print out a PowerPoint document that
has letters in a word all running into each other, like
they've been kerned on top of each other. I know there are
other issues like printers and drivers here, but I've
never been able to pin down what was going on.

Do others have this problem or a solution to it?

It's probably the printer driver. Have you tried installing a new one?
