text missing from incomming mail messages

Office 2007 Beta / Outlook, how do i solve this problem?

Incomming mail messages are missing their main body of text, pictures come
through but no text, this is not in all cases some mails come through. Is it
outlook or the sender, i did not have this problem with the 2003 version.
 
Mary, thank you this would seem true, and well done for guessing the AVG,
however would this not leave me open for virus attacks?
