Text missing from body of message in reply (Outlook)

when I send an e-mail and receive a reply back, all I

receive is my part of the message back. The content of the reply is
missing. It does not happen all the time, Is there a fix for this?

Unless you can replicate this by replying to your own mails it is really
hard to determine the cause. The configuration of the sender plays a big
part in this too.

I have found the same problem. When I send an email to two specific
individuals I only receive my part of the email back. Since this was last
brought up in this forum a couple of months ago maybe someone knows of new
fix?
Outlook 2003; Windows XP Professional.
