Missing content on messsage reply

Sometimes when I send an e-mail and receive a reply back, all I receive is my
part of the message back. The content of the reply is missing. It does not
happen all the time. Where do I go to fix this?

Hi - you haven't really given us enough to go on. When you post in here,
always include your version, SP level, and mode (if applicable) of Outlook -
you can find this information in Help | About. Also include the type of mail
account(s) you use and any other pertinent details.

Be sure to put a consise summary of your question in the subject line, and
the full details in the body of your post.

KB 842937

I am having the same issue with a few users in my org.
WindowsXP SP2
Outlook 2003

User A sends an email to user B. User B replies to email. The text in the
body of the original email is now missing from the display in user B's inbox
and the reply text is missing from the email recieved by user A. The text can
still be seen if you turn on autopreview.

The above KB states the issue but kbnofix, so i hope someone here has an
idea to help us both.
