text in gif is unclear and very bold

I have a newsletter template with 3 empty outlined boxes, that I made
textboxes in and typed in some information, when I save it the "img001" in
the newsletter_files folder display so unclear and so extremely bold and hard
to read, anyone know why?
 
Best to create all images in a image application, then import into your current open FP web before
using.
