Text in e-mail replies received from Lotus Notes being stripped

We've been having a problem with Outlook 2003... Any replies to our e-mails
from people operating on Lotus Notes is coming in with the reply stripped
from the message (i.e. only the original text from our outgoing e-mail is
visible).

But, if someone operating on Lotus Notes initiates the e-mail process (i.e.
a new message, not a reply to one of our e-mails) then we got the e-mail in
tact.

On another note, we've been having .pdf attachments being stripped from our
outgoing e-mails. I don't know if this is a related issue but thought I
should mention it in case it is.

Can someone PLEASE help?

I have the same issue, for SOME messages, not all of them.
I see that Microsoft did not post any answer... I don't know why I feel that
we will not have any .....
There are some other complains about the same ... but no clear answer

Probably by replacing their products we will solve the problem(s) ;)
