Text flow in word 2007

In word 2003 i could change the text flow by going into page setup and
clicking the text flow tab. I could go between vertical and horizontal. Now
I have 2007 and recieved a word e-mail that had a vertical text flow and now
all new documents I open in word have the same vertical text flow.

How do I switch it back. The text flow tab in page setup seems to be
missing.
 
The Text Flow part of the Page Setup dialog appeared in Word 2003 only
because you had enabled a language that uses vertical flow, such as Chinese.
Enable the same language in Word 2007 to get access to that feature.
