text editor with find/replace macros?

Might be getting a big html file in the near future that I need to get
the data from but keep the formatting. Needs to be in CSV(comma
separated value) format when finished. I downloaded some html stripping
programs that may or may not do the trick but I figure I might as well
get an editor that can do find/replace macros so I can do it manually
and have my employer replicate it.

Anyone have any recommendations? I have downloaded "notetab light" and
"html stripper" so far.

Thanks in advance!

Isn't B****ware the same thing as Sei***ware?

Oh, and thanks to the "Grand Wizard" in the white cap who gave a gmail
account to B*b*a.

emacs can do regular-expression find/replace and is highly scriptable
(elisp) ... or what about OpenOffice.org?
