Text doesn't wrap-scroll bar at bottom of screen

E-mail opens with not text wrapping. Sentences go on and on. Scroll bar
appears at bottom, but I can't make it open correctly. Any suggestions.

a reply said to go to Tools>Options>View and check the Wrap Text box at
bottom. I did that, but it didn't work. I think it could have something to do
with the way the message was either created or dealt with in a mail merge
action from a CRM called Sales Logix.
