MS Word as Outlook default editor problem

I received an e-mail yesterday and the text did not wrap. The sentence kept
going and going. I have Word set as my default editor in Outlook and I cannot
figure out how to make the mail open correctly. The scroll bar appears at the
bottom of the screen and I can't remove it. I thought it was a View problem,
but no such luck. Any suggestions or ideas about what this could be?
 
It's because they don't have the option selected in thier email exchange to
word wrap when you go to edit it in Word go to Tools-Options-View and at the
bottom make sure Word Wrap is turned on.
